Gore Mountain Maint and Management was built around a simple belief; homeowners deserve a trusted local partner who communicates clearly, follows through and cares for each property as though it were their own.
Our Story
Mark Freytag and Angie Bizzozero are the co-owners of Gore Mountain Maintenance and Management, LLC.
After years in Eagle County of hands-on experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, home care and property operations, they created a company centered around personal relationships and dependable service.
The Gore Mountain Maint. and Mgmt. name reflects Mark's East Coast roots where he grew up skiing, while the company's work is deeply connected to the Vail Valley they have called home since 2010.
Angie's Approach
Angie brings years of local property-management experience and a hospitality-first mindset to every home. She is known for direct communication, thoughtful preparation, detailed inspections and the ability to see a property through both an owner's as well as the guests eyes. Her goal is not simply to manage tasks, it is to create confidence for owners and consistently cared-for homes.
Why a Boutique Portfolio Matters
We intentionally limit the number of homes we serve. This allows both Mark and Angie to know the details of each property, maintain direct owner relationships, respond thoughtfully and to protect the quality of service as the market grows.
